Location & Views

Nestled just below the St Agnes Lighthouse Orchard View is located on the ground floor of the Old St Agnes Parsonage and boasts beautiful views of the subtropical Parsonage Gardens. It is set in in the stunning subtropical wider Parsonage gardens grounds but also has its own designated area of the gardens with outdoor seating. It is located just a 2 min stroll from multiple white sandy beaches at Periglis, Per Coose, and Berge beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the island pub, cafe, gallery, restaurant, farm shop, honesty stalls, lighthouse, water-sports centre and more.

Layout

Orchard View has a cosy open plan lounge/Kitchen/Dining Space for gathering and socialising after a day out exploring the islands. Orchard View comfortably sleeps 2 people in 1 double bedroom or a maximum of 4 with the use of the double sofa bed in the living area.

Facilities included:  Bath & Hand Towel per person, Bed linen provided, Fan oven with ceramic hob, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Wifi, Flat Screen Smart TV, Hairdryer, Board games, Books, Artists hamper & Maps & Guidebooks

Not heard back yet?

Emily does all the emails/bookings on her own and also works almost full time as a teacher across the islands so please expect delays in us getting back to you.  Her only 'in office' time is a Friday morning. Thank you for your understanding.

Do prices change in the school holidays?

No as a teacher myself I know how annoying and unfair peak rate pricing can feel as such we have made the decision to charge a flat rate throughout the season from April - Oct.​

Can I bring my car?

No, there is no car ferry to get it here.

​

Can I bring my bike/mobility scooter/paddleboard/kayak or other excess luggage items?

Bikes/Prams/Buggies - Yes, you may need to book it in with your travel provider (note it will be stored outside you may wish to bring a cover)

Mobility Scooter - Yes, we can provide a charging cable if needed. (please note it will be stored outside you may wish to bring a cover)

Paddleboard/Kayak - Yes, you will need to book it in with your travel provider

Can I borrow baby/toddler items?

Yes we have a carrier, a pram, travel cot, changing mat, high chair, plastic crockery/cutlery & cups available. Please note you MUST prebook these items as we only have one of each and 3 properties. There is no charge for these items they are included in your booking.

Can I ask for a discount?

Discount are only ever available on

* Bookings of 2 weeks or more in the same property.

* Combined bookings of Crows Nest & Orchard View which can easily be combined to sleep upto 6 guests.

*Advertised offers usually for our  'LAST WEEKS' of availbility

* Large group bookings of 3 or more properties at the same time.
